Graduation Day was celebrated on 9.3.2018 (Fri.) in the A.V.Room (4^th Floor). Ms. Rekha Naveen, Secretary, VSSIPS was the Chief Guest. Principal, V.Principal, Co-ordinator and all the K.G.2 staff members were present.

The programme commenced with an invocation song by the tiny tots of Montessori sections. Little kids of K.G.1 gave the welcome address. Chief Guest Ms.Rekha Naveen lit the lamp. This was followed by the students and teacher (Ms.Shahidunnisa) presenting their view of their tenure in the school. Next  RekhaMa’m conducted the pooja and rendered the ceremonial oath to the students.

Little kids of Montessori and K.G.1 presented an exciting and colourful entertainment. The Chief Guest honoured the students with certificates. K.G.2 students gifted the Chief Guest with a ‘Thank you card. Students of K.G.1 proposed the vote of  thanks.

Indeed a very memorable day for the senior kindergarteners !

The school believe in holistic development of the students to encourage and motivate the young talented students. Appreciation fest was held to award the winners in different area of discipline in presence of director Dr.B.S.Naveen Somanna.

• Importance of Shivarathri was apprised by one of the teachers.
• Students came in the attire of lord Shiva, Parvathi Lord Ganesha and Subramanya.
• All the teachers presented a group song on Lord Shiva.

Celebrated 11th year Cultural Bonanza UTSAV 2017 on 27th and 28th December in the school premises. It was presided by Sr. V Somanna, Former Minister & MLC .The guest was escorted by the school prefects, followed by band troop.Cultural fest commenced with ceremonial lighting of the lamp and chanting solemn mantras. A grand audience and other distinguished invitees witness the spectacle.

The little wonders of pre-primary were dressed as Cha-cha Nehru welcomed the Director, Dr.B.S.Naveen and gave the welcome address as well. Interesting and fun filled games were conducted for all the tiny tots and prizes were given.

All the little wonders had a blast!.

Tiny tots of Pre-primary sections were also a part of the environment day celebration. They displayed placards which conveyed the messages to protect the environment. All the kids were given the following takeaways.

1. Paper tree with the message ‘ Save me’
2. Paper earth with the message ‘Save earth’
3. Sapling and pot
4. Display boards spread messages about protecting our mother earth for the future  generations

All the kids were dressed in red. Quiz was conducted in the assembly pertaining to red colour. Display boards were decorated with red objects. All the children took home paper apples.

Doctor’s day was celebrated in the presence of Dr. Naveen B.S. who was the esteemed guest. The kids gave him a cheerful welcome. Teachers spoke about the importance of the day and created awareness with relevant display materials. Children presented a rhyme in connection with Doctor’s day. Dr.Naveen interacted with the little ones who were excited to respond to him. Mini first aid kit was given to each child.

Pre-primary kids were taken on a field trip to Bandemutt. A beautiful fountain with sprinkle of water welcomed the children. After a visit to the temple and a relaxed snacks time withprasadam the kids played to their hearts’ content. They also enjoyed reciting rhymes on their way back to school.

Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated on 14.8.2017 children of the kindergarten sections came dressed as Krishna and Radha. The whole premises resembled Nanda Gokula. The celebration commenced with an invocation song, followed by the welcome address. Teachers performed the pooja and appraised the children the importance of the day. As a part of the cultural programme tiny tots of the Montessori sections presented a fashion show while the Kindergarten kids captured every ones heart with their song and dance performance. The climax of the day’s celebration was Handi breaking by the little children. Sweets were distributed to the students and staff.

Director Naveen sir’s presence added vibrance to the grand event.

One day trip to Woods Resort was conducted on 10^th& 11^th  of August 2017 for a change in learning. Students enjoyed played all the games,  good food was organized & served, students returned on time with fun & frolic.

Bubbly blues brightened the day in their blue dress. They enthusiastically responded to the quiz. There was a photo shoot with the tiny tots positioned as BLUE
